Booking

If you want to move forward, we will require a nonrefundable 50% deposit and signed contract to reserve your booking on our calendar. The remaining amount is due 1 week prior to the event.

Planning

This is the fun part. Once confirmed, a 'book of cocktails' depending on what type you want will be sent over via email. You can choose from some of our signature cocktails or we can customize to your liking.

Alcohol

Due to strict liquor laws in Virginia, we are unable to purchase or sell alcohol. This allows you to purchase any alcohol from any vendor you choose. We can also help in assisting with ordering alcohol online for your event from the ABC store.

Party time!

The fun begins! We arrive early to set up, and keep the drinks flowing. We will also box up any unused alcohol when we do a clean up after. Remember you keep any leftovers!

Cancellation Policy

While we’d hate to see you go, we understand that things happen and unfortunately you have to cancel. Even though the deposit is nonrefundable, we can use that amount as a credit towards booking another date (*if the new requested date is available).
